Overview of InterRisk services in Norwegian waters.

Two services are offered in Norwegian waters:

  • The Norwegian Harmful Algal Bloom (NORHAB) service
  • The Norwegian Oil Spill Monitoring and Forecasting (NOROIL) service

Both services aim at providing daily information for the Norwegian coastal waters, from the South-Eastern coast of Norway and Skagerrak in the South, to Kirkenes in the North. Products will be based on satellite data, in situ observations, experts' analyses of measured data, and forecasts made by state-of-the-art numerical models.
